Dogwood Dust Up in Black and White
Part 2
Final day, Cache Creek, BC.
May 24th 2026.
I shot these black-and-white photos on the last day of the Dogwood Dust Up.
There’s something about black-and-white film that changes the feel of a moment. It pulls out the texture, the dust, the shadows, and all the little details that can get lost otherwise. It felt like the right way to capture the last day. These are a few frames from Cache Creek.
Thank you to everyone who put the weekend together, all the volunteers, and everyone I met along the way. What stood out most was the genuine sense of community and how everyone seemed to be fully in the moment, enjoying the cars, the people, and just being there. It made it a really memorable weekend.
